Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, increase your mood, decrease your pain, be able to get up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing or get on the floor with your kid or grandkid and be able to get back up, then I can most likely help you. If I can't, then I will actively look for someone who might be better suited for your needs. After all, it's about you, not me!
Everyone's a little different. Some people need more help with pain or exercise and less help with food. And others, it's the opposite. Regardless, we will thoroughly assess your needs and goals and create a realistic and achievable plan.

If you're looking for a quick fix then we're probably not the right match for each other. Dealing with pain and food and exercise habits takes work and consistency and there are no short cuts.
I'm a family man first. As a mid forties daddy to an energetic 7 year old, I don't want to be "that dad" who is always too tired to play with his kid. Similarly, I want to minimize the possibility of becoming a burden to my wife in our later years years. In the end, we never really know what will happen but I can at least do my part which is my commitment to them as well as myself. Outside of work and family I love surfing, playing drums and a little bass, completing obstacle races, watching movies and having a beer and burger from time to time.
